Xtreme Lashes® Long Lasting Brow Pen should be applied to clean, dry, products free brows. For best results, lightly dust or press face or setting powder onto brows before applying Brow Pen to eyebrows. Then, apply the Long Lasting Brow Pen directly from the pen on to the eyebrows using light strokes to cover sparse areas and directly on to brow hairs to cover gray or to darken brow hairs. Use the Xtreme Lashes Angled Brush to sculpt if needed. Remove excess product using an Xtreme Lashes Flex-Tip applicator slightly saturated with water. Once brows are dry, groom the brows using the Xtreme Lashes Deluxe Retractable Lash Styling Wand™.
