A comprehensive 4-day curriculum consisting of two eyelash extension courses designed to set you up for success with your lash styling business. In the Classic Hands-On Fundamentals Course, you will learn how to apply eyelash extensions using the best techniques and products in the industry through real-life practice.
In the Classic Hands-On Certification Course, you will learn how to customize lash designs to your clients’ eyes, get more hands-on practice with live models, and develop successful and effective business building skills. After completing our eyelash extensions training program, you'll be able to apply eyelash extensions, receive business support and be on your way to a successful Lash Styling career!

Client Consultation
Basic Design Competency
Hands-On Eyelash Extension Application & Removal
Attend and meet the objectives of the Classic Hands-On Fundamentals Course, during which you will complete a 2.5-hour practical eyelash extension application, beginning with pre-application consultation and ending with thorough aftercare instructions.
Students will demonstrate the following during their eyelash extension application(s):
How to create a proper frame and safely and seamlessly apply 50+ lashes per eye.
Achieve an overall evaluation score totaling 70 or above, demonstrating the understanding and ability to perform Classic Eyelash Extension application techniques through the Xtreme Lashes holistic application process and procedure.
Day 5 Omni Volume Training
Volumation Application Techniques (Creating a Fan)
Volumation® is the technique of adding multiple eyelash extensions to one single natural eyelash to create depth, volume, and texture utilizing the Xtreme Lashes Lash Calculator® Tool to calculate accurate design opportunities.

- Common eye conditions relative to eyelash extensions application
- Proper assessment of a client’s eye health prior to eyelash extensions application
Client Consultation
- Pre-application qualifications alongside a thorough assessment of the client’s natural eyelashes, eye area, and general health
- A holistic approach to selecting and designing customized looks based on a client’s physical attributes and lifestyle
- Proper documentation and client record keeping utilizing the Xtreme Lashes Client Profile System
- Managing client expectations
Basic Design Competency
- Steps for creating a basic frame and design using X35®, X40®, X50®, & X90® Curvature eyelash extensions
- Overview of Xtreme Lashes® eyelash extensions variations: Types, lengths, diameters, tapers, and curvatures
Hands-On Eyelash Extension Application & Removal
- Mannequin drill practice utilizing different lash extension types, diameters, curvatures, and lengths
- Complete up to 2 full lash applications under the supervision and guidance of your Certified Xtreme Lashes Trainer (you will complete up to 5 applications in total for the Classic Fundamentals & Certification Training)
