Consumer Returns Policy
No Refunds/Exchanges:
- We cannot accept exchange or return of open packaging, or damaged items.
- If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us on 37088961 or email: info@xtremelashes.com.hk from the date of purchase/ delivery after 3 days of collection.
- Please note that exchange and returns for purchases made in Hong Kong must be made at the original store of purchase in Hong Kong.
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us on 37088961 or email: info@xtremelashes.com.hk with details of the product and the defect.
- We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
